Hi everyone! I usually never post reviews but I was very disappointed in services I received. I received a lip waxing and my skin was completely ripped leaving a huge open wound on my face. I tried to contact the business, but still no response. 👎 I also got a lash lift, and it went away after washing it. Not worth spending ANY money at this business.

Honestly after my first experience, I would not have given a 5 start review. I didn’t get the result I desired, but DCLB did everything to correct that right away. They contacted me within 24 hr of me filling out the survey and scheduled me for a correction for the next day. Jada really saved the day!! She did a mini consult to ask what I wanted and did a great job! She was very thorough and explained everything every step of the way. If I go back, I’d definitely book with her. And thank you DCLB for the amazing customer service and follow through.

I have been doing my lash lift here for so long 5 stars they never disappoint! Last Friday, I did my lash lift and brow lamination for the first time. They looked beautiful right after the appointment and the first 24h without getting them wet. I was happy with the results. Until I washed them the next day I noticed they started to go down in less than 5 days. It could be bc my hair type. Tbh I was disappointed, now my brows kinda messy from the edges some hair is sticking out up and down. If u have thick brow hair not worth spending the money. Brow gel will do better job. I will still go again for my lash lift they are amazing with lash lift. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Josie is awesome, she is so fast and thorough and her lashes look awesome. I went to another salon before being recommended to DC Lash Bar and I am so happy I changed. Josie can perform a full set in an hour or less while my old salon took at least two hours each time just for fills. Also the salon is clean and beautiful and all the girls are welcoming. I've had eyelash extensions for going on 3 years now and only once I switched to Josie at DC Lash bar did I start receiving compliments from so many strangers. Everyone always says how natural they look too which is the best compliment!

Working with DC Lash bar has been a fun and engaging experience. Though we haven't had the opportunity to use their services yet we have had the chance to work along side their engaging team and build a unique custom front desk as well as create and assemble a number of other items for this location. We look forward to working with them and taking advantage of their amazing offering of services in the future we highly recommend them as your goto for beauty and care.

I had been to DC Lashbar many times - all good experiences. This most recent time, however, the lash lift I had done was too curly and needed to be corrected. They quickly scheduled me a corrective session with Lindsey the following day (no charge), and the lashes she redid turned out beautifully. The salon even refunded the tip I paid out to the first practitioner (whose work wasn’t bad, just not for me). I will definitely be back.

Lindsey did my lash lift and it looks amazing! Professional as soon as I got there, and the whole lift only took 30 minutes. I left my contacts in because I forgot to bring my case but it was done so fast it didn’t even bother my eyes. No burn or anything. I have short asian lashes but they curled so nice!

Love DC Lash Bar! I mostly come here for my lash technician Mai. She does an amazing job and my lashes always look great! She has to be one of the sweetest lady's I have ever met. Always so kind and caring she truly cares about her clients and is so thankful and excited to see you each time you come in.She makes the entire experience relaxing and you can trust you will have great results with her. I have been going to her for almost a year now and followed her from DC to Arlington. I highly highly recommend you book her for any of her services. She will not disappoint! Thanks Mai!
